Note that POD, manufacturing, wholesale options are very limited and are only applicable if you have the matching file type. Please review the images below to see which files are compatible with licensing for your specific needs.
If you are a small business selling handmade items/clothing at retail prices, you do not need an additional commercial license. Additional licensing is needed only if you're selling the fabric/transfers themselves to other small businesses, if you're selling wholesale, if you're having items manufactured, or if you are using print on demand websites.
This commercial license is good for all files purchased in 2023 that fabric shops have access to. It must be labeled as a fabric shop file to be applicable! This is also good for the remainder of 2022.

This is a listing for a commercial license - no digital or physical products will be included in this listing. This listing meant to be purchased alongside a file & provides limited usage rights for the designs and art from Hex Reject in 2023.
This listing is only valid for the year of 2023, and a new license will be required after 2023 is over. Once purchased, you will receive a copy of the terms of use + licensing agreement.
You may not: sell my files, alter my files (other than adding text), share my files, post my files unwatermarked, copy/recreate/remake my files, use my files for a logo/stickers/art prints/embroidered patches/pins.
If you are not following licensing, you may be blacklisted and banned from using and purchasing all Hex Reject files (including ones you've purchased beforehand). If proof of sales/licensing is requested, and you are unable to provide it, I have the right to revoke commercial rights and refuse service/sales to you.
Once you sell the allotted number of yards, you must stop printing & selling OR purchase another license.
