TERMS OF USE
general usage
Small handmade shops & independent creators are welcome to use our files for creating physical retail products only. Your commercial license is included for these products. You must create your products yourself. Some products are not allowed to be made with our art. Check NO's & MAYBE'S lists for reference.
No outsourcing to manufacturers, wholesalers, or print-on-demand platforms unless you've obtained a commercial license.
Our standard sizing is 12"x12" at 400 dpi. PNG's are uploaded in a PNG format. Seamless files are typically uploaded in a JPG/JPEG format to condense space.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not share, gift, upload, or resell our designs in ANY digital form or format. Altered or unaltered.
No creating digital products, downloads, clipart, etc using my art & files.
No mass-producing my designs (even physically). This will require a special contract between us. Send me an email at hexreject@gmail.com & we can talk.
You may not use my art in logos, branding, brand identities, marketing materials, or business packaging without express permission.
No Print-On-Demand (POD): No Printful, Printify, Zazzle, Spoonflower, Redbubble, or similar services. If you want to purchase on spoonflower, I have an account there that you can purchase from.
No altering, recoloring, cropping, remixing, or text removal unless otherwise stated. PNGS allow for addition of text.
No NFT, AI, or blockchain use. Don't feed my work into AI, use it in NFTs, or include it in any blockchain/crypto related projects.
No enamel pins, acrylic keychains, embroidered patches, or art prints. Those types of things are reserved for me.
You may not make or produce stickers unless you have a special license. When making stickers, you MUST add my art handle on the side of the sticker before printing.
Bamboo and similar manufactured goods require a manufacturing license. You must also pay special attention not to ever run items marked as "small handmade shop only."
Fabric shops & Transfer shops will also require their own commercial licensing annually in order to print.
